The software market is a competitive market, where the software companies do anything they can to convince you that their software is the best. That’s why you can’t trust the PC magazines!
As said, most PC magazines that review software are either sponsored by the companies or receive valuable gifts from them. That means that almost any review you find in the media are affected by the market rather than the product.
This is why we are trying to do, what no one have ever thought possible to do. A voting system, where each vote can be tracked down to the individual who posted it. How? The rules are simple. One domain/website = one vote. And anyone can vote.
The only thing you have to do to vote, is to post a (short) post/article on your website/blog in which you clearly state what antivirus software you vote for. For us to count the vote, you will have to either mail us with a direct link to the post OR add a link inside the post directly to the software description page on this site which you vote for (e.g. software-antivirus.info/best-antivirus-software-nod32/), and we will use Yahoo to track the vote. All votes will be registered on this site, so people can see for themselves that this is real.
NEWS - 200$ Contest!
To get people voting we have decided to start a contest. It is very simple. The only thing you have to do is to vote for your favorite antivirus software (as described above). You don’t have to be an expert in this area and your vote can be based on what software you have been satisfied using.
Prizes:
First - 150$
Second - 50$
The winners will be randomly choosen on the 25th of July (and paid through PayPal).
I will do my best to keep track on all the votes and update the list at least 3 or 4 times a week. So don’t worry if you can’t find your name on the list a few hours after posting.
